TERMS: All rentals are payable in advance on the 1st of each month. Accounts unpaid by the 15th will be assessed a $15 late fee per parking space on account. Accounts unpaid after the 20th will have parking privileges suspended pending payment in full. Cancellations must be received by the first of the month and the parking card and sticker returned to the office of Ellis Parking Company. Monthly charges apply for cancellations received after the 1st of the month.
