This includes handling all transactions, whether routine or difficult, in a pleasant and professional manner. We encourage our staff to exercise proactive problem-solving skills when necessary to affect positive outcomes for potentially negative situations. We routinely provide value-added services to meet the needs of our customers including umbrellas, downtown maps and directions, jump-starting and lockout assistance. Our employees will go the extra mile to make our customers feel appreciated and involved. In celebration of holidays we often pass out candy or car wash coupons, and when the tsunami devastated Southeast Asia, we donated 25-cents from every customer's transaction to the disaster relief efforts.

At Ellis Parking we care about all customers, whether they use our facility one time or on a daily basis. We make it as convenient as possible to use our services by accepting credit cards for payment in addition to cash. For the convenience of our monthly parking customers, we send email notices if we anticipate delays or congestion due to an upcoming event or convention. Our commitment to quality customer service has never wavered and is reflected in every aspect of our operation from our facilities to our employees.
